This session will show school leaders how to establish or refine their annual process of determining goals and strategies for the upcoming year. Participants will learn 1) how to identify a planning team, 2) how to collect and analyze school-specific data, 3) how to utilize data and input to identify priorities, 4) how to analyze and identify the root causes to the school’s key challenges, and 5) how to formulate an “actionable” action plan. The session is led by SchoolWorks’ Managing Director of Leadership Supports Betty Dao-Ivey, who has supported over 150 charter school leaders through successful plan development and implementation.
