How to Use the New Florida Budget Projection Tool

The Charter Support Unit recently released a new Budget Project/Template Tool. This tool is intended for schools who are already running and have at least one year of financials. The tool will convert a Budget Versus Actual report into a new budget, and allow you to change your enrollment and staffing projections, as well as make projections based on previous spending to create a new budget for the next five years. During this webinar we will walk through how to use the tool to create a budget from start to finish.
