Quickbooks Chart of Accounts
Finance & Budget | FloridaCharter Schools are required to use the accounting classifications as defined in the Red Book (as known as the Financial & Program Cost Accounting & Report for Florida Schools). The CSU has published a reference guide to assist with building your chart of accounts, you can click here to access it. Below is another resource that schools can utilize for their finances. The file available for download below is a portable Quickbooks File which you can restore within Quickbooks to use the complete Chart of Accounts based on the account codes that are defined in the Red Book.
