The 2017 Legislature approved House Bill #7069 which made many changes to educational and charter school statutes in Florida. The CSU has created a summary of the bill for the changes that are most likely to affect charter schools. Please be aware that this summary is not an official document, and that you should review the bill itself if you wish to examine how the changes will apply to your particular school.
