This document provides a sample estimate that could be given to a party who makes a public records request to the school that will take time to comply with. Pursuant to Florida Statute 119.07 the school is able to pass costs on to the requestor.  However, we highly recommend the school has a policy in place with regards to assessing these fees prior to charging these types of fees.
