About the Webinar:
This webinar will provide an overview (a reintroduction from the Charter School Conference) of a Transition Guide recently authored by the Center for Learner Equity for the Florida Department of Ed. Each session will provide a deeper dive into 1 or 2 of the key elements of transition planning and will provide educators tools and resources to use in their planning. There will also be some collaborative work time to get some of the new information put into practice in schools.
