With ESSER funding expiring, schools are looking for new ways to sustain many of the pandemic interventions and investments they made to help students recover and tackle unfinished learning. As schools look to explore additional streams of revenue, fundraising is certainly top of mind, but few know where to start and how to launch a sustainable fundraising program. This session provides an overview of charter school fundraising and helps school leaders, board members, and development/ops staff identify tangible strategies they can use to raise philanthropic support from individuals, corporations, and foundations that will sustain their investments and support their students.
