With 1 in 5 of Florida’s children living in homes that are food insecure, providing access to nutritious meals to students is more important than ever. The Florida Department of Agriculture and No Kid Hungry partner to bring you current and relevant information about how charter schools can apply to offer federal nutrition programs such as school breakfast, lunch, and summer meals. We will discuss the application process, common questions that arise and how participating in these programs helps children, their families, and your bottom line.
