Charter School leaders are challenged with many demands, and often too little time to accomplish them. With the rigorous demands of the Florida Standards, being able to effectively establish priorities is essential to successfully leading a school. This webinar will present specific focus areas that leaders should center on to improve student achievement and the efficiency of the school. Focusing on key areas will result in an increased purpose, a more supportive collaboration among staff members, improved learning for all students, and provide a road map for school improvement.
