Jeffrey Wood and Thomas Sternberg, two seasoned charter school attorneys, will delve into the latest statutory and legislative updates, as well as guidance from the Department of Education, that impact charter schools, including but not limited to those relating to safety and security. The presenters will also provide a comprehensive review of the recent updates to the Charter Support Unit Sample Policy Manual based on the legislative changes from this last session of the Florida House and Senate.
