As we enter into spring, Charter Schools should not only focus on the upcoming state assessments, but also starting the budgeting process for next year. Join budget experts Rich Moreno, President of Services at Building Hope and Curtis Fuller, Executive Deputy Director of Charter Support Services of Florida Charter Institute, who will present tips and best practices for the budgeting process. The presentation will cover timelines for completing your budgets as well as ideas on how to ensure your budget process stays focused on the educational needs of your school and students. Curtis Fuller will also present the updated version of the Charter Support Unit’s Budget Template Tool to help you build and balance your budget.
