The board’s role is to ensure the school is successful and sustainable, but how do you know? This presentation will help board members better understand what data they should be reviewing, questions they should be asking and what to do once they have that information. Participants will walk away with actionable steps to take back to their boards and work with their school leaders. School leaders are also encouraged to attend to understand what they can do to better ensure their boards have the information they need.
