NSI: Budetting and CSP Grant Management

This week’s meeting will be focusing on developing your school’s budget. The budget that was passed with your charter application is probably already outdated. We will talk about the importance of looking at your budget as a “fluid” document in these stages, and making sure that you accurately project your expenses as you go forward so you can make necessary changes on the fly. In addition, we will look at the CSP grant management process with suggestions on ways to track your expeneses and purchases to make your life easier later in the process.
