TSIA and How to Calculate your School’s 2022 Allocation

Earlier this week the DOE recently released the new instructions for the 2022-2023 Teacher Salary Increase Allocation funds. We here at the CSU have updated our TSIA calculator that schools can use to assist in calculating the distribution of these funds. The calculator also includes the same template forms that the state is requiring, allowing charters to easily copy their data into the state template when they are ready to submit their plans. The calculator is available now at https://charter.support/document/2022-23-tsia
We will be hosting a webinar on Thursday, August 4 at 10:00am to walk through the calculator and how to use it to streamline the process of developing your TSIA plan. Please remember that districts must submit their plans by October 1, and that charter schools must be included in those plans. As a result, your district (if they haven’t already) will be asking you for your plans likely sometime in September.
